“Calling Weatherly Water Heaters and Plumbing was like pushing the easy button, when I found an unexpected leak in the middle of a hectic week. Douglas Weatherly was able to come out and fix the leak super fast. Problem solved. But more than that…I’ve found my new plumber! Last plumber that I trusted retired. In between there have been…well, I’ll just say reasons to not just trust anyone with a plumber’s license. Doug was great. He was thorough, patient, professional and kind. How he managed to turn one more headache into a worthwhile use of my time I will never quite understand. But he did. He gave me a very needed crash course on where my water shut-off is (thought it was by the meter ) and Windsor hard water issues, evaluated several areas I was concerned about so I can make educated decisions/plan, and, most importantly, he fixed the active leak for a fair price. My husband and I had discussed what we felt was reasonable to pay beforehand, and the charges were right in line with that. Also, thank you to Caitlin Weatherly for making it easy to get in touch with you! These days, there is so much impersonal, fill-a-form-out-online communication.
